With a bottle of Sevilla by your side, there is no doubt you will WOW your guests with these J. Carver Distillery recipes over your holiday weekend. Wishing you a safe and happy Labor Day weekend.

Sevilla Sidecar

  • 3/4 oz Sevilla Liqueur
  • 1.5 oz J. Carver Apple Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Blood Orange Juice
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Ginger Simple Syrup

One of our favorite cocktails is the Sidecar. The traditional recipe is made with Cognac, Orange Liqueur, and Lemon Juice. The Sevilla Sidecar is replacing Cognac with our J. Carver Apple Brandy and Sevilla Liquer for the orange liqueur - add Blood Orange.  This cocktail is simply amazing paired with shredded BBQ Pork.
