Brickyard Straight Bourbon

Named In honor of the historic brickyards of Carver County, this wheaten-bourbon is proof that great whiskey is being made in Minnesota! With corn for sweetness, the local winter wheat in Brickyard Bourbon offers a softer mouth feel than most, and begs to be sipped.

Mash bill: 71% corn, 20% Minnesota wheat, and 9% malted barley.
