About: Paella is the national dish of the cuisine of Spain. While Americans are most familiar with the classic seafood paella, Spaniards enjoy many variations of this delicacy. Chef Kevin Heenie will be preparing this classic Spanish delicacy featuring beef, pork, and veal meatballs, a variety of specialty mushrooms, Arborio rice, savory herbs and vegetables.
Price: Your feast includes abundant paella, a delicious salad, artisan breads and dessert for $29/guest + tax. A short tour of J. Carver Distillery, including the production facility and barrel room, is also included in the ticket price.
Cocktails: Special libations will be crafted to pair with these classic flavors, available for purchase.
