This is your invitation to raise a glass to an all-Minnesota success story. On June 26, 2015, a brand-new Minnesota distillery poured rye whiskey crafted from local Minnesota grains into a 53-gallon oak barrel. That barrel was created by a brand-new Minnesota cooperage, using premium Minnesota white oak. Minnesota history was made. Barrel #291 is its name. 

On September 20, 2018, the long-awaited rye whiskey spirits from Barrel #291 will be shared in a special celebration hosted by J. Carver Distillery & Cocktail Room and Atlas Barrel Company. This will be an evening of unique experiences: whiskey tastings, barrel-room demonstrations and distillery tours, barrel charring demonstrations, and a few surprises.

All proceeds from this evening will benefit the Minnesota Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (MOFAS). Your $100 ticket includes a 750ml bottle of Private Barrel #291 Rye Whiskey, whiskey sampling, heavy appetizers, and an evening you won't soon forget.
