J. Carver Distillery welcomes you to enjoy our cocktail room for a tour and a tasting flight, or  a J. Carver specialty cocktail.

Sunday Public Hours: 12-5pm

Tours are available at 12:30 and 2:30pm and include a tasting flight.

On days when we don't have a food truck, you are welcome to bring your own food, order a pizza, or choose from our  snack basket of pretzels, nuts, and jerky ($2).
