If you were lucky enough to experience Terra’s Green Chile Fest last year, you know you want to grab tickets to this event quickly. Chef Craig and Tracy source their authentic freshly-harvested Hatch green chiles directly from New Mexico - this is a once-a-year opportunity. Served buffet style in J. Carver's Cocktail Room, the green chiles will be featured in some amazing appetizers, then form the backbone of the traditional and delicious posole stew dinner. Dinner will be served with cast-iron corn bread and dessert. Killer good.
Specialty cocktails will be for purchase, specially crafted to pair with this feast. Cocktail features will include the Cilantro Cucumber Jalapeño Mule, Pineapple Pepper Kissed Old Fashioned, Purple Passion, and more!
