J. Carver Distillery’s Cocktails & Cuisine series is back on November 2nd featuring the rustic flavors of Northern Italy!  Northern Italian cuisine celebrates the highest quality fruits of the earth and simple savory meats, cooked expertly to bring out the best of each ingredient.

Chef Lucas Ballweber will be preparing a traditional Italian pork osso buco shank, slow braised to decadent perfection in a delicious sauce of spirits, vegetables and stock. Accompaniments include Insalata Abbondante (Abundant Salad), assorted rustic breads, Creamy Polenta with meat sauce, and homemade cannoli stuffed with fresh ricotta and rolled in pistachios.

A very special cocktail menu will be featured this night only, including the Lemon Drop Martini using house made Limoncello, the Boulevardier made with our “best in state” Brickyard Bourbon, a Barrel Gin Negroni featuring our J Carver Barrel Gin, house made bitter Italian liqueur, house vermouth and a cardamom-infused blood orange syrup.
